We endeavour to attend your service repair on the same day as the call was placed, and by the next day at the very latest. Our experienced engineers operate an 85% first time fix rate, however, on the occasions where we do not have the exact part required, we will always attempt to leave the machine in a working condition after the visit to keep you functioning. There will be no additional return visit charge for fitting the part – just the cost of the item.
Our focus area is a 50-mile radius of Birmingham. This will incorporate all the towns and cities of the West Midlands including Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Telford, Shrewsbury, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Uttoxeter, Cannock, Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Burton on Trent, Derby, Loughborough, Leicester, Coventry, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Rugby, Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Solihull, Redditch, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Worcester, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Bridgnorth.
