Printers – Maintenance & Service
Printers these days tend to be very reliable, but occasionally they can go wrong and develop a fault. Whether it’s unexpectedly going offline, leaking toner or poor print quality, Ontrac Digital Limited can provide a quick and cheap service solution for your problem. We offer a flat rate, call out fee from £65.00 + vat to attend the fault, with no additional fees thereafter. If parts are required, we just charge you for the part and fit it for free as part of the initial call-out fee.
Alternatively, why not take our one of our inclusive printer maintenance contracts, which includes all parts labour, call outs and toners for the term and we fix the service costs for a minimum of 3 years from the sale/rental of the device. There are no hidden charges or additional costs for parts, no step increases every year, just straight forward, transparent usage
