Ontrac Digital Limited offer a rental based contract from as little as £30 per month. We will supply refurbished Develop or Konica branded machines on a service cost per page basis, with the flexibility of a 2, 3, 4 or 5 year term. The conditions of this contract are as follows:

  • No up front cost for the machine. The machine remains the property of Ontrac Digital Ltd at all times.
  • Contract must run for a minimum of 12 months, thereafter a 30 day rolling contract will apply.
  • Service charge is £0.004 per A4 black page and £0.04 per A4 colour page.
  • Minimum charge of £60.00 per month if the service revenue does not reach this amount. This is not additional to the service cost per page.
  • Contract includes machine, toners, parts, call outs and labour.
  • Your business insurance must cover the device for the market value whilst being used at your location.
