Maintenance & Service

From having a breakdown call as a time and materials contract, to a fully inclusive service contract, Ontrac Digital Ltd can support whatever flexible arrangements you need on your fleet of printers and photocopiers. As the customer, you can arrange the best cover to suite your needs and requirements.

Our inclusive contracts include all parts labour, call outs and toners for the term, and we fix the service costs for a minimum of 3 years from the sale/rental of the device. There are no hidden charges, or additional costs for parts, no step increases every year, just straight forward, transparent usage charges, agreed before install.

Inclusive contracts are not for everyone, so we are happy to maintain your equipment on a time & materials basis (T&M). A call out cost applies to visit the machine, and a charge for parts and toners required is made as and when.
